The Ideal Skills Project is a project developed by economists with a passion for people and territories, strongly convinced that people make the difference and are the key asset in any organization or project. Thus, our project consists of the development of an integrated offer for the implementation of changes, improvements, and the achievement of sustainable results in organizations and people.
From the start, we intend to promote the benefits of leadership development in organizations using the latest approaches to organizational development and work organization. We cultivate a philosophy of orientation towards the market and the customer, both external and internal.
In this way, we want to contribute to the valuation of knowledge and training in organizations, leveraging multidisciplinarity, but also intergenerationality, diversity, and inclusion in organizations as powerful tools for the development of creativity and innovation.
We believe that economic development in a region depends greatly on the development of its local actors (Public and Private).
Thus, we intend to follow a holistic approach to territorial efficiency: CIMs/Municipalities/Private Companies/Third Sector Entities/Individual Professionals, monitoring social and demographic dynamics, and contributing to Regional Social Cohesion.
In short, Ideal Skills works with People and Organizations (Private, Public, and Third Sector) in 4 key areas: Consulting, People, Training, and Performance.

Nuno Cerveira de Melo
Senior Consultant & CEO
Born in Mealhada, Nuno Melo holds a degree in Economics and a Postgraduate degree in Business Strategy and an MBA specialized in Marketing from FEUC.
He began as a salesperson at Matutano, where he built a career in the commercial field, holding various management and team leadership positions. He was also the commercial director of Wurth-Portugal before starting his activity as a consultant and trainer, working across various sectors. An entrepreneur in sustainable agriculture, he also regularly collaborates with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra and other higher education institutions as a facilitator for several courses.
He believes that people, their skills, and the way they are led make the difference in the success of organizations.

Nuno Parreira
Marketing and Advertising Specialist
Born in Miranda do Corvo, Nuno Parreira holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from the Coimbra Business School (ISCAC) and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC). Currently, he is a key member of the Ideal Skills communication strategy team, applying his focus on Digital Marketing to enhance the visibility of our consulting and training projects.
His native connection to Miranda do Corvo reinforces Ideal Skills' commitment to the development of low-density territories. With a vision oriented toward results and innovation, he contributes daily to connecting people and organizations, ensuring that communication reflects the excellence and performance we deliver to our clients.
