1. Terms and Conditions of Service
1.1. Subject
These Terms regulate the provision of consulting and training services (online and in-person) by Ideal Skills, owned by Ideal Skills - Consultoria, Pessoas, Treino e Performance, Lda., NIF - 517519267, with its registered office/fiscal address at Centro de Negócios de Miranda do Corvo, Praça da Liberdade, 3220-183 Miranda do Corvo.
1.2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (videos, PDFs, methodologies, and tools) are the exclusive property of Ideal Skills. The reproduction, sharing of access, or resale of these materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
1.3. Payment and Access Conditions

The prices indicated include VAT at the current legal rate.
1.4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Products: By accessing or downloading digital content, the user expressly consents to the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal (14-day refund), pursuant to Article 17, paragraph l) of DL No. 24/2014.

Consulting and In-Person Training: Cancellations must be communicated with [48h] prior notice. Cancellations after this period do not entitle the user to a refund or free rescheduling.
1.5. Disclaimer
Ideal Skills provides tools and knowledge; however, results depend exclusively on the client's implementation and effort, with no guarantee of financial results or specific metrics.
2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact the following entity: Coimbra Region Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center (CACRC).
